Welcome to Digtial Free Stuff, where you will find links to over 700 of the Internet's most useful and popular free offers. The free offers are sorted into categories, which fall under three major divisions:
- Product Samples are usually free offers that you fill out an order form to receive through the mail. Many of these freebies are offered by corporations seeking to promote their products, although some are offered by non-profit organizations and the U.S. Government.
- Internet Freebies are free services that are usually of some monetary value that you can reterive online. Examples include free software, free cell phone ringtones, free Internet access and free clip art.
- Webmaster Freebies are free services designed specifically for webmasters (i.e. people who own websites). Much of the free stuff listed in these categories has been tested and used on this website. Examples include free web hosting, free domain names, free website content and free HTML help.
Almost every free stuff link on this website has been reviewed, and, in most categories, each link is rated on a scale from 1 to 10 based on a variety of factors. In additon, please note that, unlike some other free stuff sties, Digital Free Stuff does not include any free offers provided as "affiliate links" embeded within our main content listings. - Snuggle Free Fabric Softener: Here is an excellent little product sample to get you started ordering free stuff online. Snuggle, a brand of fabric softener, would like to send you a free sample of their new "pure and gentile" product line. This is definitely one of the highest quality free samples that you will find on Digital Free Stuff. As with most of the best free stuff, the free offer is only valid in the United States.
- Kuhn Rikon Free CD-ROM Offer: If you enjoy cooking, this free offer is for you! Kuhn Rikon, a brand of cookware, is giving away a free CD-ROM full of free recipes and cooking tips. This has been one of the most popular freebies on Digital Free Stuff for over a year. The free offer is only available in the United States.
- Free Charmin Potty Training Kit: To be honest, I can't help but laugh every time I review this free offer. Charmin, a major brand of toilet paper, is offering a free "potty training kit" to aid parents seeking to train their children to use the toilet. This is one of the most bizarre free offers anywhere; the free stuff includes "a poster, stickers, a storybook, a picture frame magnet, and a roll ruler" (whatever that means)! This free offer is truly worth checking out. As with many free offers, the "potty training kit" is only available in the United States and Canada.
- McGruff Free Comics and Trading Cards: Most American children have heard of Scruff McGruff, the cartoon dog that tells kids how to fight crime. Now the McGruff cartoons are available in a free comic book that can be ordered online. The website offering the free comic book also offers free trading cards, presumably with an anti-crime theme. Unfortunately, like so much free stuff, the free offer is only available in the United States.
- Yogi Tea Free Sample: This is a free offer that I just found recently, so it may not last for long. (Many companies start offering free stuff without realizing how popular their offer will be, and then suddenly retract and/or do not deliver the free samples.) Yogi Tea is offering a free sample of two of their teas. Unfortunately, they choose which types of free sample teas to send you. As I have to note all to often, this free offer is only available in the United States.
- NATO Free Publications: This international organization evidently has some extra money to burn in their promotions department! They are offering a wide range of free stuff, ranging from boring diplomatic reports (and CDs and DVDs) to, believe it or not, a free poster of the periodic table of the elements. This free offer is especially interesting because it appears that they will send the free stuff to anywhere in the world.
- Stretch Island Fruit Leather Free Sample: This is a good free offer from a lesser-known brand. Stretch Island Fruit Leather is providing 50 free samples of their "fruit leather" snack daily. Since there are only 50 free samples distributed daily, you might have to keep coming back to this site to get your free sample. This free offer is only available in the United States.
- Atom Flash Free E-Cards: Given that there is a ton of free e-card (a.k.a. e-greeting cards, e-postcards, annoying birthday e-mail, ect..) websites out there, sorting through all the e-cards out there can be overwhelming. However, I would recommend this website as a good place to start. Their e-cards have some very advanced animations for being free. In addition, they seem to focus on the major holidays and reasons to send a card, instead of pushing cards for miscellaneous holidays. Of course, since there are so many free e-card websites, if you like to send e-cards you will find no shortage of links at Digital Free Stuff!
- ProDraw Graphics Free Clipart: Among all the free clipart sites, this one stands out for its originality and variety. They seem to specialize in interfaces for websites, which can greatly enhance the quality of your free website. (Admittedly, Digital Free Stuff is not much from a graphical perspective, but I try to make up for my graphical weaknesses with superior content.) While ProDraw requests a link-back for commercial uses of their free graphics, this is standard for most free clipart sites.
- Free Registration.tk Free Domain Names: This is the only way that I know of for most people to get a free top-level (i.e. .com, .org, or, in this case, .tk) domain name. If you are serious about building a free website with the best free online promotion tools, then this free offer is for you. Of course, although the .tk domain names are free of charge, they are not truly free; a pop-up ad appears whenever anyone tries to access a free .tk website. Still, this is a small price to pay for the free promotion that comes from a top-level domain name.
- Tucows Free Desktop Customization Software: While Digital Free Stuff lists too many quality desktop customization (i.e. free wallpaper, screen savers, desktop themes) websites to pick a clear favorite, this sticks out as being part of one of the best established free software sites. In particular, this free desktop stuff website stands out for offering a good variety, clear organizational system, and its lack of a barrage of pop-up ads (which is very common for free desktop stuff websites).
- Add Free Stats Website Counter/Tracker: I like this free webmaster tool so much that I still use it on Digital Free Stuff from time to time! Not only does this service still provide all the statistics that you would want to know about your website - for free - the required button link-back is reasonable and I have found the service to be very reliable for a free webmaster tool. While there are some counters available that don't require a link-back, I believe that the quality of statistics you get from Add Free Stats is well worth it.
- Reptile Free Graphics Creation Program: Although I was never quite able to master Photoshop, I found this piece of free software to be a very useful graphics creation tool for my early websites. The program mainly creates patterns that can be used as free backgrounds for webpages. Those of you who like free desktop wallpaper might also find this free program to be very useful. Without a doubt, I would say that this is one of the best free software offers on Digital Free Stuff.
- Net Baby World Free Online Role-Playing Game: I can't help myself; I have to end this list with a bit of humor. Net Baby World is a free online role-playing game that appears to be a serious commercial website. The game involves setting up a free online character (in the form of a baby who evidently acts like an adult) and interacting with other "net babies." I especially appreciate the distinct graphical style of the website. Maybe I'm the only one who sees the humor here, but this to be one of the silliest free online games around.

Digital Free Stuff, unlike many other major free stuff sites, does not embed “affiliate links” or paid advertisements into the regular freebie listings. This ensures more objective reviews of freebies than most free stuff sites provide. These advertisements are contained inside the “featured affiliate links” sections at the top of each set of freebie listings, featured as graphic advertisements, or otherwise noted so that you know whether payment is being received for visiting the advertised site. Some “affiliate links” do point to worthwhile freebies; I simply believe that you have a right to know if you are clicking on an advertisement.
The free stuff ratings are determined by the editor/webmaster and are not always 100% objective. The ratings are generally determined by considering the quality of the free offer, the presence of advertising on the website, the competeiveness of the particular category of free stuff, the usefulness of the free offer, the professionalism of the site design, and various other factors.
