Free Magazines
Here are some of the free magazine subscriptions available. I do not post advertisements for single issue free trials (that you have to cancel - one-time mailings are listed) outside the "Featured Affiliate Links" box, so all of these magazines are of some worthwhile quality.
Teen Ink Magazine Sample Rating: 9/10
- If you live in the United States, you can fill out the form on this site to recieve a free sample issue of Teen Ink magazine. The magazine features examples of creative writing submitted by teenagers.
The Christian Science Monitor Rating: 8/10
- This website is offering one free copy of its publication, The Christian Science Monitor. It doesn't ask for anything more than your address, so you can assume that this is just an honest free sample, not some ploy to get you to subscribe and then make you unsubscribe. US only implied, with no other restrictions, although you have to allow 1-2 weeks for delivery (which seems like a long time for a news publication).
Austin Home Finder Rating: 5/10
- If you have any interest in the housing market in Austin (Texas), this magazine is for you. It's a standard new homes guide, as I'm sure you can find in any major real estate market. You can get a six month subscription on their website. It asks for a state on the sign-up form, so US only is implied.
